Recently, a routine visual termite inspection of a home showed the following attack:

As you can see from the photo, the termites have entered the house undetected, tunnelled up into the floorboards and now have full access to the interior including stud walls, furniture and roof.

Through our quality endorsed process we identified a number of building deficiencies (such as lack of ant caps on piers) and were able to treat immediate infestation before further damage was done, and also allowed preventative actions to be taken to prevent future termite attacks to this property.
